1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms, the following words have the meanings set out below:

Each user may operate only one account. If duplicate accounts belonging to the same person are detected, both accounts will be closed.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (applicable for all methods).

4.2 Withdrawals

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus and brings the total balance to ৳2,200; depositing ৳26,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 and brings the total balance to ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing bonus funds, a 10x wagering requirement must be met. This calculation applies only to the bonus amount — not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳12,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus may have its own validity period and conditions — read the details carefully before accepting any offer.
• If bonus abuse is detected (bonus arbitrage, hedging, or any other manipulation), the account will be terminated.
• A bonus cannot be claimed more than once from the same household or the same device.

6. VIP and Loyalty Program

ar444 has four VIP tiers for regular players. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, ar444 will determine the outcome based on system records.

7.2 Sports Betting

The outcome of all sports bets depends on the official result of the relevant match. If a tournament or match is cancelled or postponed, ar444 reserves the right to refund the bet amount. ar444 reserves the right to void a bet in the event of odds changes or publication of incorrect odds.

7.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) that ensures fair play. If a technical error is found in any game, the result of the relevant round may be voided and the bet amount will be refunded.

7.4 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
